Return/ Refund Policy

1. Item will be returned only if it has a defect for which parcel opening video is MANDATORY to be send on whastapp number 9129098964.

2.In case of any other discrepancy you have to send the item back to the company address mentioned in contact details. We dont provide return pickup facility 

3. Returns accepted only in the form of store credits which have 12 month expiry and can be used to buy any other item.

4. NO EXCHANGE AND RETURN FOR  SALE & CUSTOM DYED ITEMS.  

5. Shipping amount will not be refunded 

6.A thread pulled here and there is normal in chikankari and is not considered damaged 

7. Insignificant human errors might be visible as its total handwork right from the scratch.

8. Embroidery motif may vary for which exchange and return is not applicable

9. Real colour may vary 10-15% due to photography and different screen resolution for which return exchange is not possible.

10. In Gota patti items slight remains of glue might be visible which is not a defect. Always Dry Clean.

 IN ORDER TO ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE  ​:All items must be shipped back in its original condition. If they are  sent back to us worn, used, or washed  or in poor condition we will not be able to entertain any request for exchange or refund.
